You are summoned to attend an Extra-Ordinary Meeting of Pinchbeck Parish Council to be held at the Pinchbeck Community Hub & Library, Pinchbeck on Monday 14th March 2022 commencing at 7.30 p.m.

Prior to commencement of the meeting there will be a Public Forum, up to and lasting no more than 10 minutes.  Upon conclusion, or in the event of members of the public not requesting the Public Forum, the meeting will commence promptly.  Members of the public are welcome to stay for the meeting.

3.   To discuss, establish and determine whether 8 acres of Parish Council owned land located on Northgate, Pinchbeck, alongside Pinchbeck Wood, be converted, as proposed, to a Wildlife Refuge.
            
4.   To consider the following planning applications

H14-0212-22 – 55 Milestone Lane – Demolition of conservatory and erection of extension

H14-0219-22 – The Bell Inn, 33 Church Street – Conversion into six flats and development of nine detached bungalows to rear.
