NOTICE OF EXTRAORDINARY MEETING

Notice is hereby given, and all members of the Council are summoned to attend an extraordinary meeting of the Parish Council to be held 19:30hrs Monday, 05 January 2026 at the Pinchbeck Community Hub & Library.

To transact the business set out in the agenda below.

This notice is given in accordance with Schedule 12, paragraph 10(2)(a) of the Local Government Act 1972.

AGENDA

1.To note members’ attendance and to receive apologies for absence.

2.To receive declarations of disclosable pecuniary interests and other registerable interests, and to consider any requests for dispensations.

3.To resolve, in accordance with section 1(2) of the Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960, that the public and press be excluded from the meeting for the following item on the grounds that it involves the likely disclosure of exempt information relating to legal advice and the Council’s legal position.

4.To consider legal advice in relation to a Parish Council land asset and to determine whether to authorise further legal action.
