Notice is hereby given, and all members of the Cemetery Committee are summoned to attend a meeting to be held 19:00 Monday, 12 January 2026 at Pinchbeck Community Hub & Library.

AGENDA
1.To note attendance and receive apologies for absence.
2.To receive declarations of pecuniary or other interests and requests for dispensation.
3.To approve the minutes of the meeting held on 20 October 2025.
4.To consider matters from the previous minutes not otherwise covered by the agenda.
5.To consider revised proposals for additional completion works at Blue Gowt Lane Cemetery, and to make recommendations to the Parish Council.
6.To agree the date of the next meeting.
7.To resolve that, in accordance with the Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960 s.1(2), the public and press be excluded from the following items of business on the grounds that they may involve the likely disclosure of sensitive or confidential information relating to cemetery records, grave locations, or personal data.
8.To receive an update on mapping and investigation work at Cherry Holt Lane Cemetery.
9.To consider an appeal relating to the suitability of ashes memorials being placed within a grave burial plot at Cherry Holt Lane.
