Minutes of the Parish Council Extraordinary Meeting held at Pinchbeck Hub & Library at 19:30 Monday, 05 January 2026.
Present: Cllr Ann Savage (Chair), James Avery (Vice-Chair), Cllr Andrew Chamberlain (arrived 19:33), Cllr Geoff Garner, Cllr Toby Hughes, Cllr Terry Moore, Cllr Peter Ruysen, Cllr Elizabeth Sneath (arrived 19:35), Cllr John Smith, Cllr Phil Tweddell, Cllr Oliver Wood, Mr Robert Smith (Clerk), Ms Nicola Jowett (Admin. Assistant).
Absent: Cllr Audrey Gregory, Cllr Samantha Jeffery, Cllr Emma Beavis.
26.001.Apologies for absence
Apologies for absence were received from Cllr Audrey Gregory, Cllr Samantha Jeffery.
26.002.Declarations of interest and requests for dispensation
There were no declarations of disclosable interests, nor requests for dispensation.
26.003.Exclusion of press and public
It was RESOLVED to move into closed session for the remainder of the meeting on the grounds of confidentiality, in accordance with section 1(2) of the Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960. PS&R. Unanimous.
26.004.Parish Council Land
01.The Parish Council considered matters relating to a Parish Council land asset.
02.The Parish Council RESOLVED to take appropriate action.
03.Following a request that the vote be recorded, it was noted that the matter was resolved unanimously.
The Chair closed the meeting at 20:14.
