4.To approve the previous minutes.
5.To review the committee’s terms of reference.
6.To consider the final internal auditor’s report for y/e 31/03/2025
7.To consider the appointment of the internal auditor for y/e 31/03/2026
8.To propose dates for future meetings.
9.To resolve on moving into closed session on the grounds of confidentiality in accordance with the Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960 s.1(2).
10.To consider Farm Business Tenancy and allotment arrangements.
