AGENDA
1.To note attendance and receive apologies for absence.
2.To receive declarations of pecuniary or other interests and requests for dispensation.
3.To approve the minutes of the meeting held on 17 February 2025.
4.To note that the meeting scheduled to be held 12 May 2025 did not take place.
5.To consider any matters arising from the minutes not covered elsewhere on the agenda.
6.To receive an update on recent Hub & Library activity (Lead: Cllr Smith).
7.To review the Committee’s Terms of Reference and recommend them to the Parish Council for approval.
8.To discuss options for the future governance and management of the Hub and Library, including consideration of potential community-led models.
9.To agree agenda items for future meetings.
10.To confirm next scheduled meeting as Monday March 2026 at 19:00 hrs and agree any alternative or additional date/time.
