1. To note members’ attendance and to receive apologies for absence.
2. To receive any declarations of pecuniary interests or other disclosable interests, or any written requests to grant a dispensation.

4. To approve the minutes of the Parish Council meeting held Monday, 16 December 2024.
5. To receive the chairman’s report.
6. To receive the clerk’s report/matters arising from the last meeting.
7. Financial Matters
    i. To approve December bank reconciliation & transactions.
    ii. To approve January payments.
    iii. To consider 3rd quarter budget report.
    iv. To approve the financial budget y/e 31 March 2026.
    v. To approve the Parish Precept requirement for 2025/26.
8. To consider recent correspondence.
9. To consider planning applications.
10. To note District Council planning decisions.
11. To consider Highways’ matters / Traffic Strategy.
12. To consider the Britain in Bloom competition.
13. To consider Pinchbeck Community Garden.
14. Next meetings.
    i. Annual Assembly 18:30hrs 17 March 2025.
    ii. Parish Council meeting 19:30hrs 31 March 2025.
15. To resolve to move into closed session on the grounds of confidentiality in accordance with the Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960 s.1(2)
