1.To note attendance and to receive apologies for absence.

3.To approve the minutes of the previous meeting.

4.To receive an update on matters arising from the previous minutes not covered in the agenda.

5.To consider arrangements for Remembrance Day Parade – 09 November 2025.

6.To consider matters relating to the Council’s parks and play areas.

i.To receive update on repairs.

ii.To consider annual play area inspection reports.

iii.To consider relocation of Glebe Field Play Area to accommodate PlayZone.

7.To consider moving the dog bag dispenser from Flax Mill Bridge to crossroads at Milestone Lane/Bacons.

8.To consider arrangements for memorial safety inspections at St Mary’s Churchyard.

9.To agree future agenda items.
