1.To note members’ attendance and to receive apologies for absence.

2.To receive any declarations of pecuniary interests or other disclosable interests, or any written requests to grant a dispensation.

3.To receive representations from members of the public[i].

4.To receive representations from Pinchbeck United Football Club.

5.To approve the minutes of the annual meeting held on Monday, 20 May 2024.

6.To receive the chairman’s report.

7.To receive the clerk’s report/matters arising from the last meeting.

8.To consider financial matters.

9.To consider recent correspondence.

10.To consider planning applications.

11.To note District Council planning decisions.

12.To consider Highways’ matters / Traffic Strategy

13.To consider committee reports and recommendations.

14.To consider providing a grant of £3,500 for Summer Family Events at the Hub (Cllr Smith)

15.To consider progressing development plans for a PlayZone (Cllr Smith)  

16.To approve applications for available grants (Cllr Smith).

17.To consider Institute of Cemetery & Crematorium Management corporate membership.

18.To consider the Council’s Health & Safety Policy.

19.To consider the Parish Council authorisation procedures and due process (Cllr Avery).

20.To resolve to move into closed session on the grounds of confidentiality in accordance with the Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960 s.1(2)

21.To consider quotes for works.

22.To consider matters relating to Parish Council land.

23.To consider a previously received grant from Pinchbeck Community Land Trust.

24.To consider staffing & administration matters and personnel committee proposals.

[i] 15 minutes are reserved for members of the public to make short statements or ask about issues. Each speaker has a 3-minute limit. Raise your hand to speak and wait for the chair’s invitation. Questions will not require a reply nor start a debate. Further public commentary is not allowed during the meeting.
