01.To approve the March bank reconciliation & cash book.

03.To note the minutes of the last Finance Committee meeting.
04.To approve the draft accounts for the y/e 31 March 2024.
05.To resolve on the dates for the exercise of public rights from 3 June to 12 July 2024.
06.To approve the Council’s Annual Investment Strategy 2024-25, as recommended by the Finance Committee, and to resolve to open new bank accounts with The Unity Trust Bank and the Co-operative Bank.
07.To consider any adjustments to earmarked reserves.

01.To consider Spalding to Pinchbeck Active Travel Scheme (Cllr Sear).

01.Open Spaces & Assets Committee
i.To note the minutes of the last committee meeting.
ii.To propose setting up a Councillor WhatsApp group to record locations & photographs of the Council’s outside assets and to assist with routine play area inspections.
iii.To ratify the committee’s approval of tree works on the Glebe Field.
02.Community Hub & Library Committee
i.To note the minutes of the last committee meeting.
ii.To consider committee proposals.
13.To consider proposals from Pinchbeck Community Land Trust for a Youth Club based at the Hub & Library.
14.To consider the adoption of Safeguarding Policy
15.To consider annual subscription to Parish Online Mapping @ £252.00 + VAT p.a.
16.To resolve that the Annual Parish Council Meeting will be held 19.30hrs Monday, 20 May 2024.
17.To resolve on moving into closed session on the grounds of confidentiality in accordance with the Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960 s.1(2).

01.To receive updates on arrangements for the use of the Parish Council’s playing fields and to resolve appropriately.
02.To receive update on land encroachment issues and to resolve appropriately.

[i] Fifteen minutes is set aside for public participation, when a short statement may be made, or a question asked about items on the agenda, or other matters. Individual members of the public may speak for a maximum of 3 minutes. Anyone wishing to speak should raise their hand and wait to be asked by the chair. A question shall not require a response nor start a debate. Unless otherwise indicated, members of the public may not speak at any other time.
