1.To note members’ attendance and to receive apologies for absence.
2.To receive any declarations of pecuniary interests or other disclosable interests, or any written requests to grant a dispensation.
3.To resolve to move into closed session on the grounds of confidentiality in accordance with the Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960 s.1(2)
