Notice is hereby given, and all members of the Council are summoned to attend a meeting of the Parish Council to be held 19:30hrs Monday, 16 December 2024 at The Hub, 48 Knight Street, Pinchbeck, PE11 3RU.

AGENDA
1. To note members’ attendance and to receive apologies for absence.
2. To receive any declarations of pecuniary interests or other disclosable interests, or any written requests to grant a dispensation.
3. To receive representations from members of the public .
4. To approve the minutes of the Parish Council meeting held Monday, 28 October 2024.
5. To resolve to declare a vacancy on the Parish Council arising from Cllr Sear’s failure to attend, without prior approval, any meeting of the Parish Council within the last six months, in accordance with Section 85 of the Local Government Act 1972.
6. To note the resignation of Cllr Lynne Andrew for personal reasons, and the casual vacancy arising.
7. To receive the chairman’s report.
8. To receive the clerk’s report/matters arising from the last meeting.
9. To approve monthly payments and to consider other financial matters.
10. To consider recent correspondence and to resolve appropriately.
11. Planning
i. To review recent District Council Planning training.
ii. To consider request for scoping opinion on development at land to the east of Surfleet Bank and west of Woad Farm, Spalding.
iii. To consider planning applications.
12. To note District Council planning decisions.
13. To consider Highways’ matters / Traffic Strategy.
14. To consider parish waste bins and dog poo bins.
15. To consider committee reports and to resolve on committee recommendations.
16. To consider any reports from Parish Council Outside Representatives.
17. To resolve to move into closed session on the grounds of confidentiality in accordance with the Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960 s.1(2)
18. To receive report on works at the new cemetery and to resolve appropriately.
19. To consider financial budget y/e 31 March 2026.
20. To consider matters relating to Parish Council land.
21. To consider the Playzone.
22. To consider Pinchbeck Community Garden.
23. To consider quotes for works.
24. To consider staffing & administration matters.
