1.To note attendance and to receive apologies for absence.

2.To receive declarations of pecuniary or other interests and requests for dispensation.

3.To approve the minutes of the previous meeting.

4.To receive an update on matters arising from the previous minutes not covered in the agenda.

5.To consider matters relating to the Council’s parks and play areas.

i.To receive update on repairs.

6.To considering involvement with ‘Britain in Bloom’.

7.To confirm dates of future meetings

8.To resolve on moving into closed session on the grounds of confidentiality in accordance with the Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960 s.1(2).

9.To consider quotes for works [confidential negotiation proposals].

i.Further tree works at St Mary’s Churchyard.

ii.Surveys of replacement bus shelter at Knight Street and Church Street Bus Shelter.

iii.Any late received quotes.
