26.049.To note members’ attendance and to receive apologies for absence.
26.050.To receive any declarations of pecuniary interests or other disclosable interests, and any written requests for dispensation.
26.051.To consider publication of the Parish Council’s Statement of Fact relating to Glebe Field / Pinchbeck United Ltd, and to determine any related communication arrangements.
26.052.Public Forum: To receive representations from members of the public [i].
26.053.To approve the minutes of the meeting held on Monday, 23 February 2026, and to authorise the Chair to sign them as a true record.
26.054.To receive the Clerk’s report and note progress on actions arising from previous decisions.
26.055.To consider financial matters:
i.To approve the February 2026 bank reconciliation and cash book.
ii.To approve payments to 30 March 2026.
iii.To approve the Annual Investment Strategy 2026-27.
26.056.To receive recent correspondence.
26.057.To consider planning applications.
26.058.To note District Council planning decisions.
26.059.To consider highways’ matters
26.060.To consider, in principle, whether part of the Parish Council’s land near to Flaxmill Lane may have potential to help meet identified community housing needs, and to consider any appropriate next steps (item raised by Cllr John Smith).
26.061.To consider quotes for works.
26.062.To RESOLVE that, in accordance with the Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960 s.1(2), the public and press be excluded from the meeting for the following items on the grounds that publicity would be prejudicial to the public interest by reason of the confidential nature of the business to be transacted, namely confidential negotiation positions, legal/complaints matters and/or personal data.

i.To consider a formal complaint submitted by Gary Coomes on behalf of Pinchbeck Utd Ltd under the Parish Council’s Complaints Procedure, concerning governance and procedural matters relating to Glebe Field, and to determine any response or action arising.
ii.To receive an update on recent information rights requests relating to Glebe Field matters, including outcomes to date and any policy or resourcing implications.
iii.To consider matters relating to Parish Council land.

c.Leaveslake Drove – to receive an update.

iv.Cemetery matters – to receive an update.
v.To consider confidential quotes for works.
vi.To consider staffing & administration matters.
[i] In accordance with Standing Orders, 15 minutes are reserved for members of the public to make brief statements, ask questions, or raise issues. Each speaker is limited to 3 minutes. Please raise a hand to indicate a wish to speak and wait for the Chair’s invitation. Questions and comments may be noted and, where appropriate, answered briefly, but they may be referred to a future agenda and will not normally result in a debate. Further public participation will not be permitted during the remainder of the meeting.
