Minutes of the Parish Council Extraordinary Meeting held 19:00hrs, Monday, 15 July 2024, at Pinchbeck Community Hub & Library
Present: Cllr James Avery (chairman), Cllr Emma Beavis, Cllr Andy Chamberlain, Cllr Audrey Gregory, Cllr Sam Jeffery, Cllr Terry Moore, Cllr John Smith, Cllr Phil Tweddell, Cllr Oliver Wood, Mr Robert Smith (clerk), Mr Richard Start, Longstaff & Co.
Absent: Cllr Lynne Andrew, Cllr Geoff Garner, Cllr Dean Roizer, Cllr Peter Ruysen, Cllr Ann Savage (vice-chair), Cllr Ben Sear,
24.136.Apologies for absence were received from Cllr Andrew, Cllr Garner, Cllr Roizer, Cllr Savage, Cllr Sear.
24.137.Cllr Beavis declared that she had family connection with Mr Start. There were no other declarations of disclosable interests, nor requests for dispensation.
24.138.It was resolved for Mr Start to be permitted to remain at the meeting whilst in closed session.
24.139.It was resolved to move into closed session on the grounds of confidentiality in accordance with the Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960 s.1(2)
24.140.Future of the Glebe Field.
01.The Parish Council considered proposals relating to the Glebe Field and resolved appropriately.
24.141.PlayZone
01.Cllr Smith gave a PlayZone briefing (see appendix 1).
02.It was resolved to authorise Cllr Smith to signal to Active Lincolnshire the Parish Council’s wish to proceed to the next step of proceeding with a PlayZone area.
The chairman closed the meeting at 20:50hrs.
