Minutes of meeting held 20:00hrs, Tuesday, 23 July 2024, at Pinchbeck Community Hub & Library.
Present: Cllr James Avery, Cllr Geoff Garner, Cllr Audrey Gregory, Cllr John Smith, Mr Robert Smith (clerk).
Absent: Cllr Sam Jeffery, Cllr Ann Savage.
Under the Personnel Committee’s terms of reference, the meeting was opened in closed session due to reasons of confidentiality, in accordance with the Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960 s.1(2).
In the absence of Cllr Savage, Cllr Avery stood in as substitute, and took the chair.
24.08.Apologies for absence were received from Cllr Jeffery and Cllr Savage.
24.09.There were no declarations of disclosable interest nor requests for dispensation.
24.10.It was resolved to approve the previous minutes held 17 June 2024.
24.11.It was resolved to recommend to full Council the appointment of Croner Group Limited to provide HR and Health & Safety consultancy support for a period of 60 months.
24.12.The committee resolved appropriately on staffing and personnel matters.
24.13.The next meeting was to be held at Pinchbeck Hub & Library 8pm, Monday 9 September 2024.
The chair closed the meeting at 20.51hrs.
